I am a Certified Life Coach for women, specializing in self-love, self-worth and relationships. Having personally navigated the challenges of childhood sexual abuse and  the impact of failed relationships, I understand what it feels like to struggle with self-love and self-worth.

As a licensed ordained minister, my passion is to serve women who seek to discover their true identiy in Christ. In my private group, I facilitate engaging book studies, activities, and host private retreats just for the members designed to foster growth and healing.

Writing my book, Breaking the Silence, and my 60-day devotional, Journey to loving myself through the word of God, has helped many women embark on their own healing journeys. I believe that God has incredible plans for us if we allow Him to heal us. Having experienced God's healing in my own life, I am now dedicated to guiding others through their own transformation.
